Not as described. The sizes listed aren't the sizes you'll get. I purchased 24x24x12 got a 23x21x11 This is a cheap piece of packing grade foam with a low quality blue cover on it. AVOID this waste of money at all costs, I'd recommend InteVision Foam Bed Wedge Pillow (25" x 24" x 12"), not only is it bigger, but it's actual memory foam and looks like the product advertised. I got these which are twelve dollars more expecting something of better quality and I got trash. Since these are sold and shipped by a third party Amazon will sell you up the creek when you ask for help as well.See the pictures for the actual size you will receive and then do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I bought this wedge for my Mother-in-Law to help her with her COPD. When she sleeps with it under her upper body, it improves her ablilty to keep her oxegen at a high level. When she naps with it under her legs it cuts down on the swelling in her legs and makes it easier to heal from the stitches in her leg from the quad by-pass she had in December.A small thing to make such a difference in comfort...after an injury! It can also relieve pressure from sciatica...if used under your legs...it gives a nice stretch.I looked at a Health Supply Store and the wedge was more than twenty dollars more...and it didn't come with a cover!Great Buy! I haven't bought any other wedges, so I don't have anything else to compare this product too, but I think its just okay. It's quite a bit firmer than I expected and, as it turns out, I tried it a few times and haven't used it in a while.

This is a good product that has helped me get much more sleep at night, due to back pain when lying flat!This will last a heavy person about 10 to 12 months before another one is needed. The foam will start to compact, and collapse at the bottom.However, it is worth getting another one. We now have 4 at home. The old ones get retired as sit-up pillows for reading in bed.

Good quality. Very happy with the product. I have esophageal problems and need to keep my head highly elevated while sleeping. The wedge pillow is firm, but I use a soft standard pillow on top of it. It is high and may be uncomfortable for some people, but it works well for me. I would suggest purchasing the optional washable pillow cover for it.
