Nizoral AD AntiDandruff Shampoo, Fresh, 4 Fl Oz

I’m a guy with long hair and always believed that if you’re going to have long hair, it should always look clean. About three years I noticed that I was starting to have a dandruff problem. It is really frustrating especially when you wear a lot of black and wear black suits frequently. Over this three year period I noticed that no matter what I did or used didn’t help. The longest period of time that I could wear black would at the very most be an 8 hour period right after shampooing. Even the dermatologist with prescription medications weren’t helping. I mean in one day it was so bad that I could turn a black sheet of paper completely white. My scalp was really itchy all of the time and from scratching I was getting sores on my scalp. I have tried every shampoo and treatment you could think of. I was really getting depressed and my situation was getting worse. I also noticed that my hair was starting to fall out more and more everyday. I happened to be watching YouTube and before the video started there was an ad for Nizoral, the one thing I picked up from the ad video was that Nizoral is different because it killed the fungus which was the major cause of dandruff. It kinda made sense and I had never had that claim from other shampoos. I figured that I had nothing to lose looked on Amazon and was about to order a double combination pack. I started to read the reviews some were great a few said not to waste your money. I thought maybe this was another snake oil remedy and I was allowing myself to be suckered in by yet another product’s claim because I was so desperate. I went back to my shopping basket and changed the purchase to one bottle. I have just recently received this order and have only used it once I am about to use it for the second time. I have to tell you after JUST THE FIRST TIME, my scalp stopped itching and I don’t have flakes falling off of me. For me this product has worked magnificently ! I wouldn’t take the time to write a review this long if I was so ecstatic and surprised how well it worked. I wouldn’t tell people it worked for me if it didn’t, because I know how miserable and self conscious I was about my hair and if you had just half of my problem how this might be able to help you how it helped me. I am in no way compensated for this review. I just want others to feel the happiness that this shampoo has given me. If your like me and this sounded too good to be true, just try one bottle to see if it woks the same for you. Now I won’t have to feel like people are looking at flakes in my hair instead of looking at me while they’re talking to me. Best of luck trying Nizoral, it really worked for me..BTW it has a great scent, not that stinky medicine smell that I had experienced from other medicated shampoos.

I needed a dandruff shampoo that worked better than head and shoulders because I start seeing dandruff flakes on my hair again mid-day with head and shoulders. I then searched the internet to see what other brands there are that specialized in dandruff control. That is when I stumbled across the Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Shampoo. Scent: What I noticed about the scent of this shampoo is that it doesn't smell as strongly as shampoos that you are used to such as head and shoulders, dove, etc. I do like the fact that this shampoo smell isn't overpowering though. There is still a faint smell that makes it nice for you to smell when you wash and get through the day with. It, however, is not like ones where you smell like you sprayed on a bunch of cologne for the whole day. Effectiveness in Dandruff Control: I noticed a difference a few days after using this product. Like I mentioned earlier, I would notice speckles of dandruff mid-day when I used head and shoulders. It would feel all great and fine in the morning. However, my hair would start feeling greasy and that is when dandruff would start settling in. With this product so far, I haven't noticed any of this. It would last me throughout the day without a problem. It was also gentle enough on my scalp where it didn't feel itchy or peeling. The dandruff does start returning at night time but I am happy with that because I already got through the day. Pricing: The bottle at 4 FL ounce isn't big at all. For the price at around $10 it could get pricey if you squeeze a lot of shampoo each time. With this product, not too much is needed to be used. It is worth it though if you are worried about dandruff and want it to go away. Overall, I'm happy that I found this product as it did a better job with getting rid of dandruff than other name brand products.

I have dealt with eczema in my life, which I have skillfully kept under control for the most part, but as you know there is no cure and I do get the occasional flare ups. So one day, I’m minding my own business and out of no where it ends up on my scalp (which I have never in my life experienced and by the way is the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with in regards to Seborrheic dermatitis Also called: seborrheic eczema as I have come to learn by googling and probably the combination of this harsh winter weather) primarily at the hairline and at the nape of my neck. It was horrible, the itching , scratching, oozing, redness and flaking oh my. I always go the natural route before diving in to prescription meds (I tried it all Tea tree oil, almond oil, etc.) nothing worked. I even was so desperate and tried my last resort with a prescribed cortisone and that didn’t even work. So I turned to this life saver and with just one application (letting it sit for about 10 minutes and I rinsed and I repeated, so 2x, because I had it that bad) I felt sooo good and such relief!!! I will continue for a couple more applications as directed and to make sure it doesn’t come back. It smells great and leaves my hair manageable and not at all drying. I then followed it with my usual conditioner at just the ends of my hair, being mindful not put it on my scalp, so I would not interfere with the shampoo to do it’s thing. Get this and you will feel like you again. UPDATE: Although as with any product it performs miracles for a good while and performs well and then it just decides to give up on you, well unfortunately this product stopped working for me. So now I’ve switched to Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength and this stuff is it for me and has almost alleviated my issues. Not to say Nizoral is a product that won’t work for you and it just might, but if you start to use it and it doesn’t work out, I highly suggest Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength.
