Great case for backpacking or anytime you need to protect your headlamp from damage while stored or transported. Fits most backpacking style headlamps, from Princeton tec to Black Diamond.

I spent almost $70.00 on my headlamp and it just makes sense to me to give it some protection. The case is nice quality and does a good job of keeping my headlamp in one piece.

This is my second purchase of this case, and I'm going to buy another. Very well made. Rigid case does not collapse, and fits most headlamps. I use one in my emergency pack, and have another that I store with my snow blower and generator. Not only does it provide great protection, but keeps the strap from getting tangled on other stuff that may be in your pack. You can throw this in a crammed backpack, and not have to worry about your light getting damaged.

Bought this at the same time as my new Princeton Tec headlamp. I really like being able to throw my lamp in this and throw it in my pack with no concerns. If you are an ultralighter it may not be a consideratiin, but for my needs it is great. It also has a spot in it to store extra batteries to keep everything in the same spot. Love it

This case works well holding a headlamp. I guess it is about as slim as it can be and still hold the headlamp. However, some users might find that it sticks out further from the waist and may get in the way. The case is more of a hard side design which offers more protection, but again, will cause it to stick out more from the waist.The belt strap requires the belt to be fed through the strap; there is no snap or anything like that. The zipper works well. Overall, it does what it promises.

Very pleased with this product. It fits my Black Diamond Spot headlamp. Outside measurements are approximately 3.25" wide X 3.25" long X 2" tall. The case has one zipper and opens like a clam shell. The bottom side has a loop for attaching the case to a belt/strap. Inside the case there is a small mesh pocket that fits three AAA batteries. The inside of the case is lined with some type of soft cloth or microfiber fabric. I received this case recently so can't comment much on durability yet. It seems to be constructed of some type of thick molded foam. It is not a hard plastic case. The case could probably be crushed, but it would take some force. It looks like the case will easily stand up to routine drops/falls. I use the case for safely storing my headlamp in my pack when I'm not wearing it on my head, so for that purpose it meets my needs.

On the small side but large enough to hold my husky headlamp and charging cord.

Not cheap, but I feel essential to pack and store a critical piece of outdoor gear. Fits Petzl actik snuggly with just enough space for a spare battery pack.

love the hard case and super light-weight. I keep my headlamp and 2 extra batteries and I don't have any issues.
