Cuts easily - cap is useless.
It arrived here even quicker than my 2 day shipping guaranteed. I have used it on zucchini and yellow squash. It cuts very easily. I have not yet tried it on firmer vegetables, but for zucchini and squash, the cap was useless and I had a lot of waste at the end of the vegetables. When you stick it into the end of the vegetable and try to turn, it turned inside of the vegetable and cut a hole into the top (sort of like when a screw is stripped). Therefore, when the zucchini and squash got down to the point that I couldn't stick my fingers around it (as the blades are super within grasp), I had to stop and throw the rest of the top out.Overall, for my first uses, it has worked pretty well as getting the vegetables spiralized, and I hope that in the future, at least with firmer vegetables, the cap will be of use.

Cool idea !
It's a very cool idea . I've tried sweet potato and yuca root so far . Didn't work well . Think those fruits are to hard for it . I'll try softer fruits next week like summer squash . But I would recommend buying a different spiralizer . This ones a disappointment so far . Wish there were better reviews on this before I bought it .

Great little gadget!
Overall, I really love this little gadget!Pros:- Different blades for different sizes- Top with spikes to protect fingers- Very little waste- Comes with cleaning brush- Removable bladesCons:- I found the latch that holds the blades in is hard to open and requires putting your fingers near the blade while using force to get it open.- Due to it being double sided, it takes up more storage space than I think it needs to. I would prefer it be half the size and just have one blade installed at a time.

So far so good. We have been using it mostly for zucchini ...
So far so good. We have been using it mostly for zucchini spaghetti and it has bene fine. The end guide is a problem though. Couldn't grip the end of the zucchini. Had more but it couldn't grip it. Tried a sweet potato and tried to use the end guide and one plastic points snapped off. Had more to use up but couldn't grip it with the guide.

I love the spirals it creates but i don't need something ...
Wastes a lot of the veggie and it took me running through dishwasher twice after soaking and three hand leashes to get clean. I love the spirals it creates but i don't need something that makes my food prep and clean up more time consuming

It does OK with Carrots
This works best with larger diameter vegetables. A smaller diameter carrot did OK. It does leave a small (approx. half inch diameter piece in the center of the product that tends to get jammed in place). I'm hoping it does a better job on potatoes.

The worst.
It only worked on zucchini. Carrots with difficulty. And sweet potatoes were impossible. I was better off with my julienne peeler.
