Miniature (3-Pack)

Well i bought these for a small survival kit ive made for my sks with a tapco 6 position stock that has storage in the grip and in the butstock. Well i have to say you cant give up when using these to start a fire it took me a little over 5 minuets to start a fire with this product using dryer lint as tender and it qorked excelent but the time may be faster in different areas and weather when i yested this it was windy about 8-16mph winds going on so it was a bit difficult to get the sparks under control and on target but once it hit it went. These fit perfectly in a small asprin bottle that you get from the gas station thats like a little tube. Get one of those put aome small dry tender in it add this product and some trimmed up strike anywhere matches and slide it wherever you have the room in a emergency survival kit and you will nevwr be without fire again

Small and thin. They work though. you can get a pretty good spark from this. I like them over all.

Too small to be very useful. Save your money and get one BIG FireSteel.In order too make a FireSteel work, in my experience anyway, you need more surface area.

it's small but it is usable

It was exactly what we wanted .... time to make some fire ..They are a bit small ... almost too small but they certainly will not take up too much space

These are too small, too thin, and too expensive compared to buying the lots of 10. Do not waste your money on this item...

These guys are tiny - the perfect siz for tossing in an Altoids Tins survival kit, small personal First Aid kit (IFAK/PFAK) or slapped on the lithest of knife sheaths for just-in-case readiness. They give a decent spark, much better than you might expect from their small size. They are comparable in throw and heat of spark to misch metal versions available elsewhere. And they aren't too difficult to hold, though I've yet to try with half-frozen fingers. I'll update you if I do...
