Scam
The machine is completely useless. Everything is in Chinese. I have tried twice to get a refund and have not gotten a response.

Chinese appliances are not rated here in US
I received two one English and one Chinese. The English one has been good to me for a few weeks. The Chinese one has a plug that is not geared for US electric, the controls are all in Chinese. So one person who is NOT trained in Chinese and the plug is not rated for the US leads me to have to send the Chinese bread machine back. The English bread machine is great

The product is gorgeous but no English booklet available and the return window expired before i received the product because it came from China.

Sharp looking bread machine
The bread machine is a very impressive appliance. It looks great and appears to be well built. Customer service was great.

Was supposed to be delivered June 23rd, never showed up.
Never showed up even 2 weeks after delivery date.
