Sharpen knives as you cook
My favorite part of this is the way it suctions tightly to the counter, so you can literally sharpen your knives as you make dinner. It works well, and I like the two stages of sharpening stones.I already have a hand-held knife sharpener that I like pretty well, but I was offered this in exchange for my honest review, so I thought I'd try it out. I was pleasantly surprised. My only suggestion would be to provide an adaptation for sharpening scissors.
