I love using the smaller bats to make cups and small bowls!!

I love how easy these are to clean and store. They are small, so best for small projects. I've not seen any success with anything much over 3 pounds on these bats. Removing these bats from the wheel is easy due to the raised edge, but I still use my putty knife to release it. Great product. I have 6 and am ordering 2 more!

Very sturdy, fits the bat pins tight, very flat, easy to dismount from wheel head, easy to mark my name on the back so it will not rub off. Couldn't be better.

I guess they would be fine for throwing small items, but for throwing anything over a couple of pounds the bats seem to move too much throwing off the work.frankly i don't see the point , they are fussy and i can either use lifters for small stuff or just pick the work up and place it on boards... In fact most potters can....

It's really good for throwing small to medium pieces on the wheel. Also a tip, if it's difficult to pry it off with the bat pins, use the wooden knife, round end, like a crowbar. The rims of the bat have an overlipped edge for that.

More expensive than my local pottery shop but the convenience was nice

It is easy to use and leave the pots on the bats.

These are very nice and completely flat bats. Have 2 both are great will be getting more
