This is a great product that makes therapeutic bandaging much easier. I use them for my 15.3 h TB gelding. We live in New England and the winter has been very harsh with piles of snow. He has a walk in/out stall during the day.I shovel paths in his paddock but there always ends up being some snow in the paths. He was wearing front and hind splint boots for turn out. They got crusted with snow at the top and bottom and ended up causing rubs Plus he got some scratches due to being in the snow a lot.. I treated the scratches daily and removed the boots thinking just bell boots would be better with the snow. Then he ended up getting a nasty fairly large skinned area on the ankle joint area of his right hind - from I believe rubbing himself hard on either a fence post or a gate- or even on ice somehow. This leg also seemed sprained as there was a lot of swelling from the hock down. I was then in a bit of a dilemma on what to do as I wanted to keep him turned out to keep him happy/sane (no indoor to use) but also needed to protect/treat his conditions.. I ended up doing altering ointments (furazone, corona, horsemans dream) for skinned area and scratches on all four, covering with thin cotton sheets, plus using epsom salt gel on swollen area,,and then covering the sheet cotton with these Stable boots all around for in the barn and in turn out. It has worked great! They stay on well even with the snow, dont seem to attach to the snow or get iced up. The inner aero flow layer will keep excess moisture out. HIs legs are protected from further bumps/scrapes. I do use them with bell boots in front which make them stay in place even better.They keep the dressing/ointments/epsom salt poultice on and secure. His scratches and rubs cleared up in about 5 days. The swelling in his leg has gone down and the skinned area is healing quickly. I am sure the magnets that increase the circulation have helped with healing as well. I am planning to use them for short shipping trips as well with bell boots...Great/versatile wraps!

These are great stable boots and have helped after workouts. We have a 5 year old and she is still growing and the magnetic roots are really help with recovery!
