Replacement - 40 + 5 uf / Mfd 370 / 440 VAC AmRad Round Dual Universal Capacitor , Made in the U.S.A.

I have a few rental properties so I keep a spare in case one of the units stops working. This has saved my tenants from the heat this summer as I have replaced two so far. I’ve ordered another spare to keep in stock for the next occurrence. Also, I keep a contactor on hand as well for the same reason. Great being able to buy on Amazon.

The capacitor I received had an extra terminal market "CPT". The "Common" was in the center. I'll be returning it and will buy a different brand as a matter of principle.

This is a made in the USA component that worked and is still working on a Goodman condensing unit which happens to be made in Texas, USA.Minor hold down bracket adjustment was needed since the dimensions are not identical to the OEM capacitor that originally came when the condensing unit was replaced with a new one.

This capacitor isn't as described. Wrong model and not the same as the picture. The capacitor I received is an entirely different, incompatible capacitor. I can't do anything with this.
