Accordingly,wear the brace like you would do with a backpack after inserting the free ends of the clavicle strap into the buckles provided. Position the brace on the back and adjust the splint curvature as required for proper posture. Close the lower,elastic abdominal straps using velcro. Re-adjust the brace on the body for proper fit. Now,close the upper elastic thoracic straps using velcro. Tighten the clavicle straps for secure fit over the shoulder region.product care , hand wash using cold water and mild soap. Air dry in shade. Do not brush hard. Do not squeeze.
