Pillows arrived as scheduled, in safe packaging. They look way more expensive than they are, real velvet--not that cheap poly suede look-- and I really love the pop of color they brought to my bed! Now that I know they look like they came from West Elm, I'm definitely going to buy another color for my living room couch.

Good quality fabric, good quality construction, interesting texture and color, and the zipper, while being beautifully stitched, is quite lightweight for a pillow this size. It would have gotten a 5 star except the cover is NOT 18" but 17.5" flat with no excess for fitting over a well-stuffed pillow. Maybe it would fit a 16" flat pillow, certainly not an 18".

As expected. Soft and velvety. Nicely Hidden zipper. Color is mostly the same as the picture, maybe a little more on the green teal than the blue teal color but I have no complaints.

I ordered 4 cases to cover my couch accent pillows. The covers are very soft to the touch! They are made with a good thick quality fabric. My pillows underneath are aqua and there is no color showing through. I would say my covers are ever so slightly off white, but not cream. They are not stark white in my opinion. And I glad because the color compliments my decor perfectly . I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase! I highly recommend this product

I loved these so much I bought them twice! In blue and white. I used 18x18 pillow inserts so they would look full. The material is really soft and zipper is hidden nicely in the seam, I wasn’t expecting them to be so great! I would definitely recommend and will probably order more!

The shams seem to be well made but the opening to insert the pillow was different sizes on each pillow. One unzipped for a full side and easy to slide in, but the other one had only a 4 inch zipper. It took alot of pushing and frustration to get that pillow into the sham. It was like pushing a large marshmallow through the eye of a needle. Other than that, the material is thick and I believe they will hold up well. I got navy blue and the color is very pretty.

These cases are quite lovely. They're a beautiful, creamy off-white color with a matching zipper, just as the photos suggest. They're soft and velvety and fit perfectly over my existing 16x16" pillows. My pillows are a deep chocolate brown, and you can't see that though these cases at all. They were easy to get on, and I've found no defects at all. They look very lux sitting on my couch.Side note: Be careful when stuffing if you're using an insert that's a size larger. It's easy to bust the stitching around the zipper.

The material and color of these is fabulous. I did have a bit of an issue getting the pillow form inside. I got one 2” larger than the cases as I always do. The forms were ultra fluffy and I had a really hard time stuffing them. The opening is very small and the zipper got twisted and took me quite some time to get it fixed. SO, I suggest not getting a super fluffy pillow form. They look great now that they are stuffed—but it is a bear given the limited length to stuff the form into.

Love these luxurious feeling pillow cases. The invisible zipper is almost undetectable and the color is exactly what I wanted. The price was right too.

Nice, however I purchased 2 sets to receive 4 pillow cases and only received 2.Also, its only the case, not the actual pillow.

I purchased these cushion covers for my mom and we both like them very much. The fabric is nice, they're nicely sewn with a hidden zipper and the colour brightens the room. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because the actual colour of the covers is lighter than they look online.

I was very please with these covers. They fit well over the inserts I purchased. Colour is great and I like the way the zipper is hidden. Great addition to our bedroom.
