Fits well in a small space. Great for weights and sit ups. Best part about it is that it folds up.

Could not be assembled.
Tried for two weeks to put this together and finally accepted that the holes do not line up correctly so full assembly was impossible. Had to return it.

While it is sturdy and easy to set up
While it is sturdy and easy to set up, the padding for your knees and ankles is woefully inadequate. It came from Hong Kongor somewhere like that, and the instructions were in Chinese. Not very comfortable when using it.

Check before buying
The bench is much smaller than depicted. make sure you look at measurements before you purchase. Quality was reasonable, but don't see how anyone over 5'4" could use this bench

Height matters
Too short even for a petite person. My head is resting on top of the bars for leg lifts.
