Mizkan Rice Vinegar, 24 Ounce

I am a regular user of rice vinegar, and since trying mizkan, I have not bothered with anything else. The aroma, the flavor, the versatility, the SIZE of this bottle (and even then 24oz doesn't last me nearly long enough because I use it at least 3 times a week but it's still larger than most you can find), it all appeals to my inner chef.Try it. Good rice vinegar but Amazon is 3x the price of HEB.

I have used this product for years and this is the first time I have bought it online and I'm pleased. I will most likely purchase it online in the future as needed

I picked up this brand from Walmart, hoping to save myself a trip to the Asian Food Store in town. This rice vinegar does not have the same taste as the rice vinegar I bought in Japan, in the Commissary on a base, or in our local oriental food store in the USA. So, when I tried to use it for sushi, or even as an ingredient in a salad dressing, or a marinade, the flavor was off. It is much stronger and sharper in taste, and isn't a smooth, mellow flavor. I used it for cleaning. I would use regular white vinegar over this one. And I don't like white vinegar at all in my cooking..that's how bad I feel this vinegar is.
