Staircase Twin Loft Bed with Storage Grey

We were remodeling my sons room and found this bed. The dimensions were exactly what we were looking for, but when it arrived, several parts were damaged. I contacted Scanica’s customer support, and they quickly responded by sending the replacements. The instructions could be clearer, but the assembly is pretty straight forward once you’ve identified all the parts. We’d definitely recommend this bed to anyone in the market and our son loves it!

It's a good quality product. Cost me a couple of gray hairs while assembling. The zinc-plated joint connectors which hold the under-stairs-storage boxes are not that sturdy, I had to buy replacements from a local home depot when broke these.The stairs however are too high for my kid because of the storage size. She gets down slowly and when I watch her getting down - my heart stops

The loft bed itself is very solid and looks great. I like the overall quality and the space underneath. My 8yo daughter absolutely LOVES it. It’s fairly sturdy. Assembly can take 5 to 6h and is definitely a 2 person job. If you’re assembling the stairs on the left side you have to crack your head a bit because instructions mainly focus on right side mounting, but other than that easy to follow. Awesome customer service. We got some damaged parts from transportation, got in touch with seller and they shipped new ones on the very next day.

Good loft bed, it’s strong & sturdy.Packaging is awful, instructions are just as bad & missing hardware.Takes all day if not more to put together

It is very nice and sturdy but, we had to put it together piece by piece witch was not fun. So even though it was not fun building it I would say it is still a very nice piece and it is worth the money.

Very well packaged. Good quality finish. Directions are mediocre at best so give yourself a day to assemble it. 4 out of 5 for sturdiness. Overall my daughter loves her new bed.

We are very happy with this bed. It is exactly what we were looking for. It is tall enough for our seven year old to comfortably play under but not so tall that he can’t sit up on the bed. I gave it three stars for ease of assembly, only because it took my husband approximately seven hours to assemble. However, I think that is to be expected with something of this size and sturdiness. All of the pieces were there and he had no problems following the instructions. Note: it does come in many pieces. Someone with less experience assembling things may need a little help.

A very sturdy bed and steps, lots of room underneath for my daughter's barbie house and toys. Drawers are great for toys, we painted ours. Then more storage under steps. I can even climb into bed and read a story with her. I contacted them with questions and they got back to me in 24 hours. This company has got it together. 5 🌟 guys!!!

Item arrived in less then 48hrs! Much quicker then expected. Instructions are decent but pay attention to the fine details to save your self from back tracking. It said bout to use power tools but if you are familiar with the power of your tools and your careful there should be no issues as I had none. It was nice to see it was made with real wood and it is quite solid once fully assembled.

It’s a sturdy loft bed. We even bought two. Quality is great compared to some other ones we’ve looked at online. The weight really tells that the bed is solid and heavy.Packages were well packed. No dents or scratches. Not much paint odor either. However, best to unpack and let it air out for a day or 2, if it’s for a child.It’s not exactly easy to assemble. The instructions are clear enough unless you’re installing the stairs on the other side, which then you should read through it a couple of times before assembling. It took about 3-4 hours, if you build non-stop.

Every piece is solid wood which means this bed is sturdy! Took a total of 12 hours for me to build with the help of a couple of teens for the parts that were tricky and needed extra hands. Ideally for the frame assembly you’ve got 3 people. But the instructions are luckily very detailed.Delivery was fast and efficient.

One of the worst things that I have ever built. Cheaply made. All the screws strip out or split the wood and the instructions were absolutely brutal and useless. I feel that everything I buy from Amazon comes from a dollar store. Terrible quality. I am deleting my account after I write the reviews that they keep pestering me for.

We love the bed, it is great for a child, has great quality, and most importantly they have great customer service!We received the bed with a missing piece, they responded in a few hours, and we receive the piece in 10 days, due to Covid-19 terms, pretty good time. Thanks
