GoHydrate Instant Hydration Powder - Variety Pack

These are really good for helping me with dizziness and the heat! I love all the flavors except the orange one. The orange one is straight up trash. The strawberry kiwi is my favorite! And I thought that I would not like the fruit punch or lemon but they are actually pretty good. These are not super sweet but they do have a lot of flavor. I did end up splitting 1 pouch between two 16oz. Bottles because I like a watered down flavor and these are perfect! I will definitely be buying the larger count of the strawberry kiwi and perhaps the lemon one in the future!

My whole family likes this electrolyte powder. It was a recommendation from someone I follow on Instagram and I respect her and her suggestions. It tastes great and I appreciate the assorted varieties. It is a little pricey for the amount you get, but I know that it has helped us in replenishing our electrolytes when sick or just when we need more, maybe due to sweating or an health issue. LMNT good electrolyte powder, but my family doesn’t like the taste as well as this one. I would recommend either, though.

OK overpriced, good flavor but clumps into small clumps that float at the top for a long time!

These hydration packets were recommended to me by a friend. With so many out there to choose from, I’m grateful this particular brand was recommended because I absolutely love them. I love that they’re sugar-free (and they do not have a poor after taste) and so easy to toss in my water bottle. I give it a good shake and simply enjoy. They have aided in my need to increase my hydration, which in turn has helped me with my headaches. I highly recommend.

Seems to work

This might be the greatest water enhancer known to man but it's not for me. This stuff has nearly no positive flavor and made my water taste even worse than if there was nothing added at all. I tried each of the variety pack and threw the rest away. If you like the taste of this then we certainly built differently.

Low sodium for real. Light flavor taste. I take very strong odor herbs and plain water won’t help me choke it down. These work! 80mgs of sodium is pretty good compared to what I’ve seen. A little pricey, but worth it!

While the taste is satisfactory, it is disappointing to note that this product contains a significantly lower amount of electrolytes compared to many other brands.
