A perfect creative break from, news, reading, TV..basically, outside stimulation. I was able to spend a couple of hours only wondering, "what color should I pick next"

Not Good For Gel Pens
The paper is too thin for using gel pens. The ink bleeds through to the next page. Since the book isn't designed to remove the pages, you will need to put something behind the picture you are coloring. Might be OK with pencils
