Dakota Dan Native Pattern Trooper Ear Flap Winter Hat with Faux Fur

I got this hat because I'm often out out night with my telescope, and it gets really cold when you're looking at the stars. The hat fit me perfectly--I think I have kind of a big head, so I got a large size.The interior is quilted and keeps the top of my head comfortably warm. The imitation fur is around the front and on the ear flaps. I was a little afraid it would tickle or be irritating, but it is not. The ear flaps have a small buckle which you can fasten under your chin. It works very well, and I fastened it to keep the ear flaps from hitting or getting caught on my collar as I moved my head. The exterior fabric is a rough weave and the colors are lovely muted blues, creams, and tans.For my purposes, this is a terrific hat and keeps me nice and warm when I'm out late or out just before dawn during the coldest part of the night. It works so well that I just keep it in my vehicle now so I always have it when I'm out with my telescope.

This is a warm, stylish hat, but the chin straps are too long so it doesn't fit as snug as I would like.

Love the hat the style and the color is great. My only complaint is that it kept sliding forward cause it was too big. But I took tucks in it and I still wear it because it is so warm. We are in the middle of a big blizzard and that is the hat I am wearing

A very nice cold weather hat. Fits me perfectly. Not as warm as my LLBean wool exterior shell with rabbit fur madbomber, but of equal quality and a better wear when it is not below zero. The faux fur feels nice, nothing negative about faux vs real fur. I really like the look and feel of the outer shell of this hat. Looks like this will hold up well over many years of use.

I wear about 7 3/8 hat (shaved head). Fits well in length, but would be nice if it was a bit larger in the headband area so it would pull down a little further. Good quality and great looking hat!

Perfect timing! My son got this hat for Christmas and he's worn it many times already with the cold weather we've been having here in Michigan. Colors are great. Fit was perfect, he's got a pretty big head for a 13 yr old, and he was able to fit another thin hat under this one. He's played outside for hours and hasn't gotten cold.

It's so beautiful so warm hate to say it can't wait for winter just to wear daily

Love, love, love this hat. It definitely keeps me warm. I wore it during a hike in New Hampshire in December when it was in the 40s. Of course I wore it only for a short while I was warming up. These days I use it around the house for particularly cold nights. I love the small buckle under the chin; it keeps the hat even more snug.
