Will this hold a plastic soap holder to the shower tile?

Dear Omar Herrada - I've never attempted to apply a plastic soap holder to the shower tile but from my experience with this type of adhesive, once it sets up it 'never lets go' of whatever you have used it on. I put up lights under my kitchen cabinet and you can't even remove them. I would say you are quite safe in using it to adhere the soap holder to the shower tile.

Would this work on dry wall to patch a small dent?

Not a good fix. Dry wall spackling or even Joint compound works better and would finish to match much better. This product works super on hanging metal shower hooks or decorative tiles /shelves in tiled rooms - showers and bathroom with wet walls. Hope this helps.

Is this good for gluing pieces of a ceramic mug back together?

No. You need a two-part liquid epoxy for ceramics.
