Customer service was very helpful. I was confused in what size to go for since most of my shirts are cut-away collar. I emailed them and they got back to me within an hour with the appropriate advise. Delivery was just on point, i was expecting to receive the item in say 3 weeks, I received it within a week. The product is of high quality. When placed under my collar, it fits very well, just like it has been described.

Definitely props up your collar but can sometimes show underneath which isn’t great. Other than that, superb!

Easy straight forward and does the job for which it was created.

The collar frame is quite an innovative idea and it really does what it's advertised. It keeps the shirt's collar in a very neat position and indeed enhances the overall look.Nevertheless, the finishing of the frame is really disappointing. Definitely not worth by far 20 pounds!!!I purchased the white version which came, before even touching it, already with the velvety cover worn off on the legs' "elbows", showing the bare metal of the frame. And mentioning that, the frame is made of plain steel and has 3 pieces welded together. Moreover the steel is not even stainless and it shows traces of corrosion which is a big NO NO to any item that you keep in contact with your clothes. If the corrosion advances this is definitely prone to stain your shirts. And even if the velvety layer had looked ok, I would have not relied on its anti corrosion properties. Any steel element needs an anti-corrosion primer or special layer.Moreover, as the frame is made of steel, it is heavier than I would have expected it to be. On the other side, the idea of the product is to remain stiff and allow in the same time also a forced deformation to adjust it to your size and the shirt type. I do not know if there was any other costly-wise reasonable metal alloy option, but I am not very happy with the current choice of materials.I will definitely use it but I have to find a way to cover the bare metal and prevent further corrosion.And as a final comment (even if for any regular guy this is not a big deal whatsoever), the product experience related to the product presentation and packaging was really really lousy. The product was just put inside the Amazon packaging box on top of a folded A4 with a few instructions. I have bought inexpensive Chinese products for a few pounds that had 20 times better presentation than this.All wrapped up: great product idea and functionality but ... not so great choice of materials, poor QA and definitely not worth the price. 3 stars rating only for the idea and functionality.

Very bad product. Whilst it does indeed make your placket stand up, the metal ring moves around your neck every time you move. This means the metal ends very visibly and constantly pop out of the end of your collars, leaving you take swivel the collar stay to move it back in place. Very very annoying. Wore three times, behaved like this constantly every single time. Never wore again. Expensive failure. Do not buy.

Excelente articulo que no puede faltar entre los accesorios de quien desee verse y sentirse bien, ya sea hombre o mujer. Luce perfecto, mantiene el cuello en su lugar y todo el tiempo parece como nuevo al mantener su forma sin cserse por los lados o estrellarse en el saco o suéter. Lo unicones que en ocasiones por los movimientos propios del cuello se va halando hacia algun lado pero se reacomoda en segundos. Compre tres y aproveche el envío gratuito. Dos blancos y uno negro. Leí los comentarios y compre media pulgada más reducido de la medida del cuello. Yo uso 15.5 o 39 y pedí 15" o 38. Quedó muy bien, no se asoman las puntas en las orillas. Parece muy durable. Espero no cambiar mi opinion en poco tiempo. Creo que son para siempre pues no hay manera de desgartarse estsndonsiempre montados detrás del cuello.
