Seigla Yoga Wheel Basic 12" Perfect Backbends, Poses and Balance Trainers - Stretch Your Back, Chest and Spine

I bought this as a Christmas present for myself--but I don't think I can wait that long! When I came across this Seigla yoga wheel on Amazon, I couldn't believe the price, I've only ever seen yoga wheels for hundreds; so I ordered it straight away. It came really well packaged & would make a beautiful gift for any yoga/fitness enthusiast. Upon opening the box, the wheel is wrapped in bubble wrap. Open that & the materials quality is really great. The black mat on the exterior surface is a great density & has enough grip for cushioning & a no-slip surface. The turquoise ring is really sturdy & strong. The tri-fold brochure is really nice, printed professionally on heavy card stock. I immediately tried it out, and I do foam rolling regularly, but this was even better! I especially like that the Seigla doesn't slip out from under me like the foam roller sometimes does. I meant to wrap this & wait for Christmas, but after using this wheel once, I know I will use it every day!

one of the best purchases i've made this year. i was a bit hesitant on purchasing this, but my yoga instructor recommended me to purchase this since i have a very stiff upper back. it works wonders! now i can't go a day without rolling around on it a bit because my spine feels stretched out and it feels so good to crack my upper back every time i use it! highly recommend. be careful though when using it. i feel like i need to be a little warmed up before using it since I'm pretty short at 5'2" with a short torso and this is just almost too big for me. i can see someone getting injuries on this pretty easily when using haphazardly.

Honestly I love using my yoga wheel and will be getting a new one. Just not one of these. I owned the Seigla Yoga Wheel Basic 12" and it broke. I've owned it for just over 1 month and probably used it for 5-10 minutes every day. I was just balancing on it, using it as intended, and it snapped straight across. Thankfully it didn't stab me when it happened, but it sure scared me! I weigh 190 lbs. for the record. Their website (company) appears to be a fraud. Most of the links don't take you anywhere or do anything. I tried contacting the company through their "Contact Us" and there has been no response to my inquiry for a refund or replacement.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company or their products! I recommend looking elsewhere.

This is one of the most affordable wheels out there. I did a lot of research, read a lot of reviews, and ended up buying this product. I am so happy with my decision! I have no complaints about this yoga wheel. It did arrive with a tiny scratch on the inside of the wheel but it wasn't noticeable enough to return it. The padding is soft so there isn't any discomfort when you lie on it. It is light, easy to carry around, and makes me much more enthusiastic about stretching! I don't do very much with the wheel besides stretch and plank but it comes with a nice sheet of moves you can do. It's printed on card and was nice enough to hang on your wall for easy access. I genuinely think this wheel is perfect and is one of the best you can get for the price.

As a dedicated CrossFitter, I am always trying to find new ways to stretch and stay flexible because mobility is such a huge part of crossfit. While rumble rollers help loosen tight muscles, Siegla’s yoga wheel allows me to engage in various yoga positions to stretch my body after an intense WOD. Excited to continue using this as a part of my post-WOD regimen. My product came in on time with amazon prime and was packaged well. I enjoy the colors and the quality of this wheel seems sturdy.

This wheel has helped my neck and back tremendously. The stretch I get from this wheel is amazing. I've had issues for over 20 years and after a twenty minutes on this wheel I felt relieved. Yet, this isn't a one and done fix. It must be done three to four times a week. I went a whole week without doing my stretches and I started getting tight again. Love it and it is much cheaper than the chiropractor or a massage. Pick it up, you maybe surprised what it can do for you.

I had to review this terrific product! I purchased this wheel sometime around the holidays & it arrived promptly! I have to say, this is one of the best investments you can make! I've been practicing yoga for almost 4 years & due to tight shoulders & rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders, I have difficulty in many backbends. Since I started using the wheel , my backbends are dramatically improving & my shoulders are much more open! I find an improvement daily! There are also many other innovative excersises that you can perform with this wheel! I highly recommend this product!!!

I bought this Yoga Wheel as a gift for my wife. She did not ask for this specific brand - but once she unwrapped it she was very happy. She thought it was a very high quality product and also loved the colors. She mainly uses it at home to practice poses and inversions she can't get into by her self. She has also taken it to a few private yoga lessons with her instructor and they have each played with it and have had a fun time trying out new poses. It was a very good price compared to other yoga wheels I found online. I would highly recommend this Yoga wheel again. You won't be disappointed with it - its very sturdy and has a nice rubber / foam around it for padding and comfort. If you love yoga, you will love this yoga wheel!

This is a great yoga wheel, as a beginner the helpful guide which arrived with this gave me useful tips on how to incorporate this into my home practice. The wheel is sturdy, well made and I’ve found it to be really great for opening the chest and back for more rigorous moves.
