I absolutely love that this contains Bacopa monnieri which is an herb utilized in Ayurvedic Medicine to help calm anxiety and improve memory. It is being looked at as possibly helping to stave off dementia. I do wonder how potent the dosage is though as it is lumped under the proprietary blend list which totals out at 727mg. With seven ingredients, I doubt the bacopa is getting a much desired 300mg, but I don’t know for certain. This is a brand new product from a new company and I think it’s a really strong start. I stayed on task for several hours yesterday while sorting 12 years worth of financial papers. This product is awesome. I just started the product and my mind is more clear and alert. My memory is amazingly renewed. I can recall information easily that others have forgotten or need more time to recall, such as the location of a place we recently visited. I highly recommend this item!Way to go!!

Don't work too good

I think it's great that they have these kind of products out there that can help you have a more clear mind, be more focused and increase your memory. Although I have been taking this a couple weeks I haven't really seen an increase in my memory. However, I do seem to be more focused and my mind more clear during the day. I've had plenty of days where I got more done in one day that I have in like a week. With the changing weather I tend to start doing less so I feel that taking this does help me with the changes this time of the year. I think it is great that it improves blood flow and reduces stress. Since I don't really know for sure if my blood flow is increased I will assume it has since the product is helping me. I would say it reduces stress some but it's not a miracle cure or anything. It's filled with natural ingredients and you only have to take 1 a day which is great. I did hope it would do more or maybe help more than it did but sometimes even a little extra is helpful. Overall I think it's a pretty decent product and I'm glad I tried it. I've taken similar products and this one works just alright. I didn't notice any real difference, but with that being said I'm sure it helped in ways I'm not aware of.
