Clearbrook Farms Oregon Black Raspberry Preserves, 24 oz

My husband and I LOVE this jam. It is not too sweet and has plenty of berry flavors!!! This is our second order.

Two stars for the getting the wrong preserves. I ordered Black Raspberry preserves but was shipped Blackberry. I love the Black Raspberry but the Blackberry is awesome too.Somebody didn’t pay attention when packing. Oh well still enjoying them.

Bought these for a gift for my mother. She is very pleased with the quantity, quality and presentation of the jelly. You can find cheaper preserves-but if you are looking for nicer packaging this is a nice choice. Jars are reusable and very nice.

If it doesn't have seeds it's not the genuine article. Seedless raspberry jam (an oxymoron) is for city slickers who wouldn't know raspberry jam from purple tofu. Lovers of black raspberry jam wouldn't accept this for free. Get the Blue Ridge Black Raspberry Preserves instead.

This is more like a jam than preserves. there are no chunks of raspberries in it and no seeds.. they basically strained it and it is seedless but no where does it mention it is seedless. Preserves have chunk of the fruit in it which with Raspberries should have seeds unless they specify that it is a seedless version. So to say the least I was really disapointed as I wanted the great preserve taste of black raspberry with the seeds. not a kind of jam/puree version.. That a side the taste is good as far as a black raspberry flavor but the whole reason I bought preserves is I wanted the actual black raspberry with seeds. I even looked thru the choices on Amazon of black Raspberry and discarded the ones that mentioned that it was seedless so it would have been nice if they at least were up front about that,because they list in their profile that number 1 ingrediant is fruit.Ok, so where are the seeds and berries? Anyway if you like seedless or need seedless because of dentures etc.. this is a good tasty choice. But if you want the full taste of black raspberries with seeds in a preserve I suggest looking elsewhere.Update June 1 2012 I suggest these two fine examples of what Black Raspberry Preserves should be Blue Ridge or St. Dalfour black raspberry preserves.

My favorite preserve. Unbelievable rich black raspberry flavor that just can't compare with anything else. Softer and sweeter than raspberry yet not a blackberry. Jar is very generous in size. Only caution is it will crystalize if you don't consume timely. Shouldn't be an issue. Only happened once to me when I went on a long holiday. Shame. Craved it while I was away!

We have been looking for a great black raspberry jam for a while and this stuff is amazing. My little family of four went through the large jar in two weeks. Just ordered two more jars.

We've enjoyed the Clearbrook Farms Oregon Raspberry Preserves, both the red and the black over the past years.This time the box that it was shipped in was torn, and partly mashed. I was afraid that the jar would be broken, but it wasn't, it was securely wrapped in bubble wrap! Thank Goodness!We'll order again! Am looking forward to receiving the Clearbrook Farms Oregon Red Raspberry Preserves that we ordered at the same time as the Blk Raspberry Preserves.
