Stays where it belongs.
I frayed a shoulder muscle and this is great for icing after physical therapy. Stays where it belongs. This allows me to do other things, move around the house, while it is being iced.

It's made good enough that you could always put a bigger ice ...
This is a well made product. The ice pack and pocket for it might be a little smaller than how it looks in the picture. I think they may have puffed up the coverage in their pic a little. But it's big enough to get ice on the shoulder for sure. It's made good enough that you could always put a bigger ice pack under it an it would still stay in place. Best feature is the fact that you can ice your shoulder down and still function normally. It stays in place exactly where you put it and can do normal chores or activity without having to readjust it. I would recommend it for sure.

The IceSleeve Shoulder Cold pack was recommended by my physical therapist - and worked absolutely great. I slept great with it, keep the swelling down and kept me very comfortable. Easy to put on. Thank you for a wonderful product!

One Star
Both pads are too small too short! They needed to be modified!

Comes with a cold pack
Works great. Description doesn't tell you it comes with a cold pack, which causes me to buy 2 separate ones I don't need.

Gel pack broke
We bought this after my husbands shoulder surgery last June. It worked great until today when the gel pack broke. I can’t find anything telling me if there is a warranty on it.

Not effective
Two big problems. First, the picture is misleading. The sleeve is only big enough to ice the front of your shoulder and upper arm, OR the rear shoulder/arm, not both. Second, the thickness of the material enclosing the pocket where you slip the ice pack into plus the walls of the ice pack itself makes the pack hardly cold enough to 'ice' your shoulder. My skin barely turned red after 15 minutes of use. Would go with a different product (or two bags of frozen peas and an Ace Bandage)

Use before and after surgery..its great
Husband has it on rigjt now. He likes it because of the replace ice packs. It does as described. Would recommend this after surgery of a rotator cuff. Just don't put it on as tight not to cause pain.
