Received the replacement string very quickly The appearance of the string seemed off. It looked discolored and not fresh. being overly picky

Described multiple times as "strings", plural. Was upon arrival it was a single string.
I searched for "full set" of strings, this came up. The description says -- in multiple places -- strings. But when it arrives, it's string -- singular. One string.

Bowing response is a bit slow. They tend to squeak at times. Decent quality strings that are affordable.

Durability issues
I recently bought the D'Addario Ascente Violin Strings (A312 4/4M) and unfortunately, the A string broke during setup. I noticed another reviewer mentioned a similar issue, which raises concerns about durability. It's disappointing as I've heard good things about these strings otherwise.
