BETTER THAN # 2. READ IT
CONCLUSION OF AN ALL TIME FAV !!! .... I may write some spoilers in here so if you haven't read, please read with caution. I've been waiting for this to come out for so long. When I finally got the opportunity, I got it. White Lines III: All Falls Down, is much better than the 2nd installment ( WL: Sunny). This book brought back some of the "realistic" qualities in Tracy's writing. Much like the original part 1, this one felt as if it were based off a true story. The characters & their developments are realistic. Now, the part about Ethan in a warehouse was a little extra/unnecessary & I felt as if it should have been Whizz instead of Elliot. ...... I was so happy to have that steady pace just like in # 1. This one took you through twists & turns. It is truly a page turner. ..... I haven't ready Snapped or Aftermath but I think I should have. The other characters in the book were a distraction to me because of that. I really only wanted to hear about Born & Jada. Sunny is so stupid - but it's expected. . . . . What I like about this author is that although her work is fiction, she brings meaning & substance to the whole idea of Urban/Street Literature. She makes a point that if you refuse to change, you WILL fall. This is a great book. READ IT!!! TELL A FRIEND OR TWO!!!!

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT AND THIS BOOK WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!
I really enjoyed Tracy Brown's last installment of the White Lines series. I loved how she intertwined three stories and characters from the White Lines series, Snapped series and Criminal Minded. This book contained so many twists and turns, it had you anxiously awaiting what would happen next. I love how Jada and Born had real life issues and how they worked through them with patience, diligence and perseverance. The other characters in the book also had all kinds of issues, some resulting in partial resolution and some resulting in final resolution. With all of the plots in the book, they all centered around and eventually came back full circle to Jada and Born, who were also the main characters in the first installment of the White Lines series. The book makes you truly realize that nothing is really gained while in the GAME, by making fast illegal money, but either, jail time, death or if you're lucky enough to leave the GAME all together. Ms. Brown is truly a gifted and masterful story teller, and I have read all of her books, and will continue to read each one she pens, and hopefully the next book will be forthcoming in the very near future.

Not as good as Bks 1 and 2, but a decent read
After reading Books 1 and 2 several years ago, I had been anticipating book 3 for years. Finally, it's here, but falls just short of the dynamics and drama of the previous books. I was disappointed with Sunny's demise (SPOILER) because so much of book two was about her and ended with her being in a Mexican jail for cocaine possession. Kept looking for Sunny to reek havoc on Malcolm for deserting her, but it never happened. This strong, beautiful woman became a whiny, bitchy character reduced to yelling and screaming at everybody--no action. Happy with Jada and Born's coupling and HEA after all they have been through throughout the series. Love conquered all for them. Frankie was my hero in previous books and was head of the crime family, and to see how the character was treated in this book was heartbreaking. Unbelievable Frankie would be a snitch and reduced to begging a women to be with him. UGG, NOT. There were also too many additional characters in this book that were not in the previous books. Got confusing.

The end of White Lines
I enjoyed the read, it kept me interested to see what was going to happen next, and the ending was perfect. The character development in this novel was very realistic and expected. I was happy to see my fav couple make it through to the end #teamBornandJada. I loved how Born finally stepped up to the plate and handled Sheldon the way he should have in White Lines 2. He made it very clear that he was the king of his castle. However, there were so many characters in one book it became a little much at one time. I felt as if some of the characters didn't get a proper ending to their segment in the book. It was as if they made some cameos and then went on their way. If I am being honest the original White Lines novel was so good it didn't need a trilogy. I would have been just satisfied with the first novel. The other two just seemed to pale in comparison. Other than that I still enjoyed the conclusion of White Lines...job well done Ms. Brown.

Enjoyed it!
Like the previous reviews, I was glad to see closure to Born and Jada'so story. I was on the fence about the inclusion of other characters from previous books but after reading it, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I do however feel that Born and Jada should've had a little more going on. I feel too much time was spent on Sunny but loved the twist. I also was happy to see that not only did Ms. BROWN conclude White Lines. We also saw the conclusion of Snapped and Criminal Minds. You have had to read the previous books to understand everything. Nobody was random in WL3. Everybody served a purpose. Born standing up to Sheldon was priceless and necessary. I wish Ava would've found her happily ever after with Zions:(. Something tells me we will see Gillian again with an entire cartel or mafia. It was a very sophisticated and we'll thought out book. Didn't seem rushed and more importantly was fulfilling on all levels.

Please read White Lines and Snapped series before reading this!
I really enjoyed this book to the fullest. I like how Tracey Brown brought closure to Jada and Born as well as other characters from her Snapped novel. If you hadn't read Snapped or Aftermath: A snapped novel, i advise you read those first cause you will be lost in this book. There were lots of sad moments in the book, a couple people die, wont say who. She shows growth in her characters and the story flowed. It was realistic and not over the top. I liked how she did not leave this book open for another sequel, especially since it took her forever to release this book. All and all if you liked the White lines and Snapped book you will be satisfied with this one. It answers a lot of questions and its very suspenseful as well as a tear jerker (if you're a cry baby like me).

Final Chapter
I really enjoyed this final chapter. Although there were a few inconsistencies, Jenny G in the previous 2 books was Dominican and then became Mexican in this book. I really appreciated how Brown did not glamourize Sunny's addiction and addressed her imperfect family dynamic. I'd love to know if we will see more of Gillian's story?

Loved the twists and turns
This was a wonderful conclusion to the trilogy. The author told a great story with unexpected events that kept me smiling and gripped. The audio version has a very engaging narrator. I'm a massive fan of the trilogy and author as someone who does not read urban fiction often as it's often the same stereotypes in stories this is a series I will never forget and always cherish. Wonderful writer with realistic storytelling.
