Does what it says it will and what to expect in instructions. Bagel setting not good for me because I have NY bagels flown in to me. They are extra large and fat and just fit. Using the white bread setting works fir me. There's a design problem overlook too. Toasted product has jammed up when coming up on the inside lip if it decides to lean into it. Doesn't happen all the time and I'll live with it. Overall I like it!! Attractive, bright screen and works well so far. * UPDATE* doesn't hang up anymore. I lightly bend in evenly the chrome dress ring further into toaster as shown in pic with my finger. It was easy to do without damage or hindering operation. Change 4 star to 5 star

Excellent, outstanding, extremely made very well. Looks nice on counter. Advise people to purchase. Price could be cheaper. Beside that Excellent product.

Got this toaster since I am a tech nerd. Sure glad I got it. It works well, is simple to use and makes perfect toast. Just select your doneness, what you are toasting and hit start. Not quite done to your likeness? Just hit the add time button for an extra 30 seconds of toasted deliciousness. Also, I love the fact that the motor brings the toast down and back up, no more jack in the box toasters that scare the cat. Beautiful finish with touchscreen display. You won’t regret the purchase of this toaster.

Absolutely wonderful!. A bit of testing to get the correct doneness and you have perfect toast. I like English Muffins; no setting for them so I used the bagel setting-worked fine. Would definitely buy again. Due to controls in front, takes up little room on counter. Display disappears when not in use. Looks nice,

This toaster is really nice. It automatically lowers and ejects the bread into and out of itself and toasts quite evenly. The touch screen is nice and completely darkens when not in use so it makes the toaster look like it has no buttons. Touch one of the buttons and the whole display lights up. One of the coolest features is the countdown timer that tells you exactly when your bread is going to be ready. You can also add time while it’s in use. The touch buttons are easy to see and understand and look great. You can also add time with a quick touch of the Add Time button. It took a few burnt or under-toasted pieces of different types of breads to figure out the selections I wanted, but it was easy to figure out. Overall look of the toaster is great and matches a nice, modern kitchen. The toaster is easy to clean as well. I’m really impressed with this toaster and am glad I chose it.

Every time I use this toaster I feel as if I am in the future using a new toaster product! It lowers and raises the bread or toast to start it or when it is finished. It has many selections to select what product you want to use in it, and it does a great job when it's done. I did not need to replace my toaster as it was working fine but this sounded so good that i decided to give it a try and I am glad I did it works much better than my older one and looks super nice on my counter.

I have a nice kitchen, to me, and toasters always seem to look a little cheap, so I would hide them when not in use. This one looks amazing and fits with quality items. It also works well.I also keep bread (or waffles, bagels) frozen as I only eat them now and then, and this perfectly defrosts and cooks the first time. So I have zero complaints, and it feels like I got my money's worth.
