Devoted Creations Opalescent Tanning Lotion 12.25 oz

I tried a sample of this when I was a teenager. Around 13-15 years ago. I am now 30 years old and got excited when I found it on Amazon for sale. It doesn’t contain bronzer, so it won’t turn you orange. The smell is nice and not too overpowering. It’s like a normal lotion. I gave a little to my daughters to try since it’s like a normal lotion. They also love the smell and the slight shimmer it has. The bottle is so pretty. I wish there were other products in this scent. Like normal lotions and bodywash. I wish normal lotions and beauty products could have the same pretty bottles as tanning lotions. This is the real deal, although it did not come in plastic like my other bottles of lotions, it still smells and looks exactly like it’s supposed to. I wish there was more shimmer to it, but that’s just me. 10/10. No complaints whatsoever from myself or my two young daughters who only used it as a real lotion.

I am in love with this tanning lotion! The smell is amazing! I was kinda worried about it being over powering because when I first got it I rubbed it on my arm a little ( I wasnt about to tan, I just wanted to try it ) to see what it smelt and looked like and could smell it on me for hours. The next day I used it before I laid in the tanning bed, and I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing I smelt after laying! It wasn't over powering and left a much better smell that the usual tanning smell. I have very sensitive skin, and so far I've had no breakouts from using it! I am tanning, glowing, and smelling great! Y'all it's totally worth the money!

I love the Devoted tanning lotions and wanted to try this newer one out. The bottle and lid are cute, while the lotion itself is very nice and light. I at first didn't mind the scent as it was new, but after continued use, it is just much to strong. One big positive is the scent DOES stay on you the rest of the day which I love if the lotion smells awesome. BUT, I found this to be a little too much and was a heavy, almost musk smell, that just isn't enjoyable for the rest of the day. The sheer and light lotion is great but I didn't notice any shimmer nor much of boost to a daily tan. I tan very regularly, so it's possible that it may help someone trying to build up their tan though. Overall, a nice lotion and will finish my bottle, but if you are looking for a more feminine scent that enhances your tan, I'd look into some of the other types Devoted offers!

It’s not the newest on the market, but it’s still by far my favorite! An absolute must.. very affordable, indoor tanning lotion that is still by far the best in my opinion!

Definitely recommend this lotion to anyone looking for a good, no bronzer, great smelling lotion!! I recently started tanning again and wasn’t sure what lotion to get so a friend gave me a bottle of lotion she had a little bit left of and didn’t use anymore. It was the Opalescent. I fell in love with it and wanted more but it was an insane price at the salon so I searched for it on it on here and found for a great price! I even compared the bottle from both the salon and on Amazon and it’s the exact same thing!! It gives me such a great tan. I get tons of compliments about how dark I am and asked what I am using and I always recommend this!! 10/10 for sure!! Will always be my go to lotion.

I’ve used this product twice in the tanning bed, 5 minutes each time. I honestly didn’t expect to see such quick results, but this is awesome! It smells so good—perfumey to me. Def not a fruity smell or bakery smell, but it doesn’t leave you with that burnt nasty smell. You could totally go out after tanning and not worry about stinking! It kind of reminds me of the Baccarat Rouge perfume that’s super expensive. It leaves your skin feeling so soft! No orangey tones since it has no bronzer. And it leaves a glimmering sheen on your skin that is just BEAUTIFUL. 100% recommend!!

Seriously SUPER DISAPPOINTED 😞 Everyone made this tanning lotion sound amazing. I love the brand devoted so I was excited to try a different kind of there tanning lotion and I am not impressed AT ALL. It smells like PURE BLEACH. Cleaning chemicals. Its gross. There's no opal color to the lotion. Its just like normal lotion. I can't get over the nasty smell. Im sure the highlights of this lotion get EVERYONE but it's just a over priced NASTY SMELLING TANNING LOTION. a waist of 30$

I love this lotion! It's the only one I have used that doesn't require me to wash my hands afterwards.
