Was taking another brand of magnesium and it worked OK, but this stuff is truly great. It has definitely helped improve my sleep...if you're struggling w sleep due to menopause give it a shot

I have been taking this specific magnesium for years. I've purchased it from Amazon over 16 times, I'm very loyal to this. It not only helps you fall asleep, but it helps you reach a deeper sleep and go back to sleep if you have to wake up for any reason. It's a staple in my nighttime routine. Not only that, but the amount you get in a bottle lasts for a long time. They also regularly have coupons, which really helps. I will say that if this is your first time trying magnesium, the morning after your first night taking it, you will feel a little groggy and out of it. For me, it only lasts the first day if I happen to take a break from it. It's not excessive but just something to be aware of. I don't even consider trying another form of magnesium, I love this one so much. If you're on the fence, let this convince you.
