Been using it six months. Never has tired of it. Highly recommend
Keeps my 17 yr old cat hydrated without having sub q fluids. Keeps the fluids she drinks in her body tissues. Purina has a large and excellent lab. I am an animal Health Technician . She wakes me to have her Hydra Care..(only if i oversleep) She loves it.

Sick cat loves it, price more than doubled !
My 14 year old cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and needs special foods. A friend brought over some HydraCare packets and now it is easy to get him to eat the KD foods. The first time I bought it a week ago it was $14.99 and now it is $33.99for the same 12 packets. He eats/ drinks 2 packets daily. I will be searching for a cheaper source, but hopefully🤞the Amazon supplier will lower the price.

Good for extra nourishment.
I found a malnourished senior cat in my local Walmart parking lot. I bought this to help her gain some weight. She loved it! I will say it helped a lot!

Seemed good, but hard to evaluate
My cat was already pretty far gone when our vet recommended these. Renal failure, stomach cancer, and some other minor ailments left her weak and uninterested in either food or water. We tried giving her one of these and she lapped up the entire package, showing the most enthusiasm I'd seen from her in weeks, and seemed a little happier for a little while afterwards. However, I tried giving her a new pouch the next day and she barely touched it, nor any other pouch I attempted for the remaining week of her life. What to make of that? Well, I think it's a positive sign that a dying cat with no interest in food or water would give it that much of a shot. But only making it through one pouch, I really can't say if it would have had any desired long term effect. It's not cheap, but at least the flavor seems genuinely appealing to cats and it's very easy to serve (just open a pouch and pour it into a small bowl), so it might be a good option for dehydrated cats that are picky about what they eat.

Saved my cat's life. Vet recommended
Vet recommended for my elderly cat after surgery. She loved it, and is a very picky eater! It literally prolonged her life. It's a miracle drink for cats! Thankful for it.

The product I didn't know I needed!
After a recent vet visit I was shocked to find out one of my boys was very dehydrated. I feed him wet food with added water daily along with multiple locations for water access. I started using this and at his 3 week checkup his hydration was excellent along with other markers that were out of whack due to the dehydration. I now have all 3 of my furballs taking this to ensure they're getting the hydration they need. All 3 lap this up with no turned up noses. It did take one a little more time to accept the packets so I mixed some baby food in at first and now he happily takes to them without the baby food. A bit expensive, yes. Especially if you have multiple cats. I choose to think about the money I'm saving avoiding vet visits and possible complications that would cost wayyyy more in the long run. Lastly, I know the instruction recommend feeding this twice a day but for me one pouch a day did more than enough. Keep in mind I do feed them wet food with added water daily so if your feeding is similar to mine, one packet a day may be all the boost you need

JUNK!
For anyone familiar with brewer's yeast, you'll know that it's VERY cheap! This product is primarily brewer's yeast and most cats can't tolerate it at all. BUT, vet's continue to recommend it to their pet clients and the pets get sick.Well, backtrack some years ago and all vitamins on store shelves had brewer's yeast in them. I had a prescription prenatal vitamins I had to take every day and guess what? I had morning sickness throughout my pregnancy AND afterwards! Yup, it was the brewer's yeast that was making me very sick! Since then, you'll notice the words on the labels of vitamins stating, "No Yeast." The industry learned quickly they were losing sales because most people couldn't tolerate the yeast. So, I ask ..why on earth are vet's recommending this product that is nothing more than cheap brewer's yeast to our cats? And, lordy! The price tag is outrageous!Don't buy this for your cat(s) just because your vet recommends it. This is a terrible product for cars. Sure, humans body intolerance to yeast MIGHT be different for cats, but not likely that much!Don't buy this product. Look for a probiotic that doesn't contain this horrible yeast in it.
