Wonderful Cedar Planks
These are wonderful. I soaked a few boards overnight and put the unused ones in the freezer for later. The one on the bar bq never ignited and gave a nice cedar smoked flavor to the salmon

Nice single serving planks. Make sure that you read and know the dimensions. I thought these would be bigger but they are the perfect size for a single serving. And they are a great price!

Disappointed at flavor and size.
Too small and the taste is not as strong as others i tried. They are thick and hold up though would not buy again.
