I was originally very disappointed in this because it would not properly grind the side I had filled with pepper. However, before I could call customer service they got a hold of me offered an immediate replacement. 5 stars on the company/customer service follow up and concern for their product. The item is unusually attractive. Well worth the money. I would rate the product itself around 31/2 stars, its a bargain and takes up little space in the cupboard. You have to spend twice or more than this to get something better so give this one a try.

Pretty bulky looking product overall. Light weight and easy to use. That said... the plastic is quite cheap and not very attractive if you have it sitting out on your counter. I returned the item because it was overall much larger than it seems in the pictures and I did not like the look of the cheap plastic.

I saw this Salt and Pepper Grinder and I bought it because I love the design of this mill offering 2 chambers. One for Salt and other for Pepper. I place it in my kitchen and sometimes in my dinning as it has an elegant design,looks good everywhere. It’s stainless steel and acrylic body seems quite solid.It’s huge ,handy and totally mechanical ,works by simple twisting and grinds very well accordingly by doing simple adjustments on both sides. You can control the amount of product to come out.No batteries needed.The caps on the sides keeps the product in place when not in use,no mess.Got the Mill very fast and excellent customer service.I didn’t find instructions in it but it shouldn’t require any as its fairly easy to open and fill and twist.Great buy!

Okay for price but actually wished it were larger. Works okay but gave it away because I really didn't care for it.

Like it very much it works great and holds a good amount of salt and pepper.

This thing is amazing! The salt grinds so fine it's like a salt-flour!
