I loved how each day did not mince words yet spoke the truth in love! If you want to have a closer walk with our Lord, buy this book! I have purchased it many times, first for myself, then my daughter, my mother in law, etc! They have all loved this very powerful devotional! Also, this was originally published in the 1920’s…I always buy the updated version as it is a little easier to read.

Love to pick up and read some encouraging words for each day

The quality is nice, it’s more about the content. Streams in the desert has been an encouraging and inspirational Christian devotional book for many years.

This is my favorite devotional. So helpful when going through a time of suffering!

I ordered this book on audible & loved it so much I wanted a hard copy. The copy itself is great quality. But the content is superb. I don't care where you are in your walk with God, this book will enrich and expand your thinking. It has so much rich material from Mrs. Cowman, as well as other contributors she incorporates.I think every library should have a copy.

This was given as a gift when my husband died. It got me through a tough period in my life. I give them as gifts now.

I’ve had this book for years in an older edition. I love it! Bought this one as a gift. It is very nice, well laid out, good size.

I have been trying to find a different devotional and I ran across this one on tiktok so I bought it and I really love it!
