After seeing other reviews, I was worried, but it connected watertight perfectly. Just used it for the first time so too soon to judge the effect on plants. I live in an area with very hard water, so I’m hopeful!

Well the plants like it. We have a water softener that feeds the outside tap for washing the cars but the plants are not happy having soft water. This filter work great and have happy plants again.

This thing is good but it leaks so badly at the top. I tried literally everything - ptfe tape, various paint on compounds etc but still drip drip drip. I have now discovered how to fix this leak - search on here for unipak and get the hemp flax + tube - it's about £10. Watch a video on how to use it and let it set for 24 hours then you'll be leak free (assuming you followed the very simple 1 min video I watched).

HELP! I have the garden filter with the hose connector. Actually, I have 2 because I thought the first one might be faulty. Basically, I can’t get the hose connectors to be watertight on 3/4” BSP. I can’t imagine any other way of connecting it to make it watertight, but I also can’t use it as it is. Help! Others seem to have this product installed and working, but I get leaks - see the video. Can anyone help? My garden plants are desperate for better water!

Leaks like a WW2 submarine. Impossible to resolve, but even with ptfe. Even with the spraying leaks, the it was a pitiful dribble from the filter. See other reviews. Shame, I because I really need something like this.

The filter works great, however only downside is the hose attachment for me was shocking had to throw it to the side. But definitely food if you screw it on without that and works well. Considering I live in a hard water area worth it.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I had to return this product. It didn’t make watertight connection, so there was no pressure from the hose.

Utter useless attaches to tap but the gaps between the top hose and filter mean the water just pours out with very little being filtered.

It’s simple, straightforward, and works as expected. My garden gets filtered water, I get to feel slightly more responsible, and the hose continues doing hose things. Five stars. It filters water. That was the assignment.

Really works great. Completely takes the smell of chlorine out of our water. Our plants have tripled in size since we started using this. Thank you!
