Small and compact if you are limited on space. I'm female, 5'4" and weigh 150lbs. I would not recommend it for a large man into serious lifting. My husband assembled it and said it wasn't difficult. The directions are not great but he is good at assembling things. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact there is an odor. I'm hoping it will wear off with time. It's gotten a little better over the couple of weeks I've had it.

love it, does all that expected

This bench does what I needed, in that it folds up quite small - which is what I needed to add it to my little home gym - which resides inside my home office - meaning there is quite limited space.The good:Folds up quite compactly when not in use.Is light enough for a small woman to move around the room easily.Adjustable bench press stand.The bad:The size and description of this product were horribly misadvertised. The dimensions were listed as:Specifications:dimensions: 17 (L) x 20.1 (W) x 42 -67 (H).square tube: 50X50X1.5mm.I am here to tell you that I am a mere 5 feet tall, and the highest possible setting of the barbell stands is much too low for even me to squat from safely. (You'll see in the photo that, at the highest adjustment, it comes to my high waist.) It goes nowhere near 67" high, and even after complaining to the seller, they have not updated the product description.In addition, this product is exceptionally small - in regards to the bench. I am a small person and it fits me correctly - so I imagine that more normally sized full grown adults would find this to be quite small for them.Lastly, the documentation that came with this item was atrocious. It was only one small square of vague assembly instructions; no actual documentation on the features of the bench. There is a strap across the top of the bench and I have no idea what it's supposed to be for, among another things, because of the lack of documentation. The seller wasn't able to provide me any, and I also was not able to find it on the internet.

It is simple, exactly what I wanted. The stands are spaced a little wider than my old DP bench, but it is comfortable and solid. I like how the bench folds up, since my weights never come off the stands, I use a bungee cable to hold the bench up.

Not a sturdy at I expected but overal a good product .

This bench came with no instructions so I had to wing. I bought it because it folds and to do dips. The folding part is great but you can't adjust the bench for incline or decline presses and its not too sturdy to do dips unless you're under 150 lbs.

Ease to assemble! Just right for tight spaces in home.
