Is it normal for chuck to wobble slightly even when in drill mode with no bit inserted?

I noticed some runout on my brand new DCH133 also, it was approximately 0.06". I notified Dewalt to see what they have to say just now. Runout will make the holes bigger than intended for example if I am drilling a 0.25" hole, my runout will turn it into a 0.31" hole. This is a problem if the fastener tolerances dont allow for the larger diameter...
