this sucker is amazing. snap the disc in there and it heats up instantly - stays hot for at least an hour. easy to boil, lasts legitimately forever. it does smell a little bit like pool floaty (new material) but fades. i love this thing, you need this thing. amazing for sore muscles, uterus problems, you name it this thing can solve it

This is a phenomenal product. The heat last for around two hours. Easier than getting an electric heating pad. The biggest con is having to boil it to make reusable but really not too bad. Would buy again.

The TLDR; this heat pack works. And I would recommend this to my friends. Here's the deal. It turns out that your work-from-home desk wasn't set up ergonomically, and you didn't realize it until its too late. That's where this reusable hot pack comes in. Relaxes tired muscles, and soothes the hurt because well, power of heat. Heat that last 45 minutes to an hour. More effective on the shoulders than a warm bubble bath. But not better than an in-home masseuse (except a masseuse charges $80 an hour. Somacare Heat Packs is a one-time thing. ) After using this heat pack, you just to need a simple boiling process to "reset" it. Easy and quick, but you still have to do it to get it ready for your next use. Which can be anytime, anywhere since the Somacare Hot Pack is rather compact. Even long after I fix my home office desk setup, I'm keeping the heat pack around. This heat pack looks like it will also work great after a long gym visit or an impromptu bball game (Once they open up again.)

Quick ship and quality item. A lot of difficulty activating heat process. I had another brand for 7 years and activation was quick. Took 45 minutes of flexing chip, before it heated up. Liquifies normally in med boiling water without issue.

This smells so bad. I have other instant heat packs and they do all have a little plastic stink, but this one for un known reason is truly exceptional in the level of stink. It's so bad it makes my whole house smell when boiled, and I can't use it practically without a headache. I love the idea but have to return it. Please use a better kind of plastic -- Or better yet, silicone!

I usually use heating pad/wrap for my stiff neck and shoulder. The heating wrap needs to be connected to the outlets. Thus, I need to stay in one place when using it. With this reusable hot pack, it solves my issue being stuck in one place. I read the instruction and found it it is easy to use. I will air it for one day to remove plastic odor and cannot wait to try.Update review: I have used it. It is very easy to use. I just needed to find a metal plate and bent it. The heat was pretty quick (only few seconds) and lasted about one hour. I will recommend to my friends who need portable heating pad for shoulder and neck.

Awesome easy ti use lasts a long time and reset was a breeze. I would recommend buying the boiling bad because it leaves a film that my nonstick pans did not like but with the boiling bag no issues

I didn't realize resetting involved boiling it for 20 minutes.
