We have gathered all the basic gears needed for the use and maintenance of fresh truffles. This is a professional kit custom made from Casa Truffle thinking of our professionals customers. Included you will find a brochure donated to Casa Truffle from the National Centre for the Study of Truffles in Alba- Italy, it contain valuable information about the life circle and harvest of truffles. The kit itself inside the bag is basically the same. The only difference between them is the Thermo Bag's color. Chocolate, Lime Green and Khaki (greenish color). Please notice that the Truffle slicer and the Bush are inside a cotton bag.This particular bag is use by the Casa Truffle Family to inclose the fresh truffles and their information in our International shipments.
