These are a good protein supplement bar. What I like is that there's only a few ingredients and no added sugars. Some bars us alcohol sugar as a sweetener. These don't. The blueberry flavor is very pleasant. The texture is a bit gooey, but it's not bad. Overall they are a good choice if you're looking for extra protein.

These are my favorite snack bar. They have six grams of fiber and simple ingredients. I’ve tried many flavors and love the blueberry the best. I find the quality of this product to be high. I’ve had these in my car for an emergency snack and they don't melt.

The simple ingredients and no gluten is great for restricted diets, I like being able to have these as a snack when when out with someone who has those issues, and we are hard pressed to find a place to eat. They are sticky, but the flavors are good.

Great for a "cleaner" protein bar. I like that these have a limited number of ingredients, including whole food you can actually see (almonds/cashews). They taste ok, are a good size and fill me up, but the texture is very dence and chewy. If you have extensive dental work or braces, I would advise against these.

BEST EVER protein bar! Clean ingredients. Feels like a dessert. My weight lifting family loves them. We buy them on the regular. Check the ingredients. You won’t find a healthier bar.

These protein bars are solid when it comes to quality, packed with real, high-quality ingredients like nuts and dates, no junk fillers. I love that they're straightforward and good for a quick protein boost. But the taste just isn't there for me; it's kinda bland and not as flavorful as I expected. Plus, they get stuck in my teeth every time, which is annoying during a busy day. I was hoping for something more yummy, but if you don't mind the texture, they're worth a try.
