Water cooler
Love the bottom loading feature instead of struggling with trying to flip the bottles up.

Leaked all over my vinyl floor in 1.5 years
2024 update: This thing freezes very quickly and easily, like constantly requires running and then you have to turn the damn thing off at the back and god forbid if you forget one time, then you won't have a water cooler or any water at all if this is the sole source of drinkable water around for like 3 days. I have had it. Currently jobless with negative cash flow and my hydration is so important to me that I went and spent $400 on another brand and model not this piece of junk brand ever again, though they all seem to suffer from similar design flaws, so whatever, I hope to get 4 years out of that one because of the Asurion warranty I got on top of it.2022 update:Customer service was more than useless, there is no way to repair anything here, likely there is a sensor that fails to note the fact that the tank is full and/or related to the freezing issue both. I ended up for now keeping the damn thing after putting it back together after I saw some youtube videos of people doing their own DIY repairs, and in the end I bought this a giant low profile construction bowl thingy to sit in so I can open the door and replace the jugs and if it ever decides to leak to hell with it, leak all you want, it wont electrocute me nor ruin the floor, but of course this is not very practical nor good looking in this sort of setup if the area needs to remain presentable. I have it sitting in a concrete water fountain mold level of plastic tub.I had this unit for about one year and a few months in my apartment. Then moved. After moving and despite making sure it was cared for delicately during a move, an internal component developed a nasty rattling noise while the compressor worked to cool. A few months later, one day it just started leaking from the top portion underbelly inside the unit and went all over my floor. Now I have to figure out what to do with this junk or if it can even be repaired. Maybe I will get with my state attorney general consumer protection office because that is an unacceptable type of problem for a water system in an unacceptable timeframe. I could have lived with a failed pump. Or any other cheap China components inside. But not this leak problem. This is extreme shortsighted type of design. A product like this should NEVER leak while standing normally.

Reliable
Bought this in April of 2017. It’s now December of 2024 and it’s still running strong. I set the cleaning feature about once a week right before bed and have taken the top off myself to double check the insides are staying clean once every 6 months or so. Had to repair a weld on the hot water tank once because it separated, wouldn’t suggest doing that yourself, but it was fairly simple if you have the general knowledge of taking things like this apart. Since mine is so old I wasn’t worried about voiding a warranty. It works great for our family and when/if this one finally gives out I’ll most likely be looking at getting the same one. Although I will say the price of inflation is insane because in 2017 I bought it for $173 and now it’s over $220…. So that’s unfortunate. However I’d say I’ve definitely gotten my moneys worth out of it.

8. Great investment.
I've been unknowingly renting mywater dispenser for the last 12 years. I thought this thing was "paid off" and I wasn't being charged anymore. Nope!!8 equates to the number of dispensers I could have bought for what I've spent this whole time. The Primo is living up to its name for the most part. It's very sleek and clean. I love the bottom loaded option. There's a subtle light that stays on and it self cleans. I really love that.My only issues are cosmetic. I don't care for the metal drip tray and the door doesn't have a handle or notch to open it. You kinda have to feel your way around and pull the door open.Other than that, it's a great machine. All the temperatures are accurate and you can see the difference. The safety latch on the hot button is a great feature for those with kids or others with coordination issues. It's pretty lightweight and easy to move around. My water tastes fantastic and it makes great ice. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Easy to Use
There are so many water dispensers available and so many reviews that vary from great to terrible. My tap water is funky so I was buying water bottles and big jugs of water which is so wasteful.I purchased this water dispenser for the price and the majority of good reviews. I was also adamant about buying a dispenser that was bottom loading. The noise it makes never bothers me. The majority of the time it does not make any noise, however, during those times that it is making noise, it is relatively quiet.I love that it has a dispenser for hot, cold, and room temperature water. I have had this dispenser for about a year and have not had any issues with the water temperatures.I love that it's bottom loading because the 5 gallon jugs are so heavy and I have no interest in trying to lift one to place on a dispenser. I can easily slide the jug up the little "ramp" it has and push it into place.
