The Heavy Hydration canvas hydration pack with the 2 liter hydration reservoir is made with quality natural canvas, hand woven and can be waxed with Otter Wax for better repellency against moisture and water. This hydration pack comes with a standard 2 liter BPA free water bladder, but can easily fit a 3 liter water bladder. By removing the bladder the hydration pack becomes a great canvas day pack for any adventure. Other features include padded adjustable straps, padding for back comfort and support, light weight, durable, an integrated carry handle (on the top), and a second small pocket in the front for any valuables while on the go. There are also straps to secure across your chest for jogging or running. It's great for on the go travels, school, sports, and other outdoor activities. We recommend hand washing your canvas hydration pack with a non-abrasive soap and allow for air drying if it gets dirty. Instructions for Water Bladder The rubber bite: When you receive your water bladder the rubber bite will be factory sealed. Simply remove plastic from the bite valve. There is a pre-cut slit on the tip of the rubber bite for liquids to flow through the hose to mouth. Pinch the ends of the rubber bite to break the pre-cut slit and create the hole (in pictures). Unlocking the valve: The valve will be locked when you receive it. This feature stops the flow of when not in use. To unlock the valve pull from where the hose connects to the valve, and where the valve connects to the rubber bite. You should see the valve extend which means it is in the unlock position (in pictures).

Great product-would recommend.
Absolutely love this hydration pack! Here's the background. I've been hiking more and more and generally enjoying the outdoors with my dog. I needed a hydration that had the following:1. A bag or pouch to put some things: mostly to put things like my wallet, keys, poop bags, pepper spray, a vaporizer (hey, I like to get natural with nature) and maybe a small snack or two.2. An inexpensive price. I don't go hiking enough to warrant paying $50 and up for a hydration pack like a Camelback.3. A large reservoir. I'm a big guy and I like drinking a lot of water.I had purchased a 17 dollar pack from another brand, and within the first use it began leaking. So this time I opted to spend a little more. This hydration pack gets it done. The reservoir is 2 liters, more than enough water for my hikes (generally a few miles or so). If you want more, you can easily buy a 3L bladder to fit inside. The front pouch is spacious. Inside I can fit plenty of my belongings, such as those listed above with room to spare. It's also incredibly easy to take out. I'm simply unzip the larger pouch and take out the bladder. No fuss at all.Looks wise: Blue is my favorite color! So I obviously like it. It's a bright blue, but not a "neon" blue if that makes sense.Quality and construction/durability: This thing feels pretty solid. I've used it maybe 6 times so far, and I haven't had any leakage nor have I ever felt that the bag would break, rip or tear. I don't think it'll last me 10 years (although I wouldn't be too surprised if it does) but it feels well built.Comfort: the straps have these little shoulder pads that make wearing the bag comfortable. Again, I'm a pretty big guy. I'm 250lbs. I have a wide back and large shoulders. I never felt the bag be uncomfortable, as if I couldn't fit it on and then bad feels nice even if the bladder is full. While I was walking I didn't get fatigued in my shoulder area. Basically, if I got tired or whatever it wasn't because of the bag. The bag also has soft padding right in the middle, where the bag touches my back. Again, super comfortable.Perhaps my only "gripe" about this product is the fact that it doesn't come with a plastic cover for the bite piece. This piece is essentially a small, piece of rubber that you bite with your teeth to let the water flow through. It's very easy for this to get dirty with dust, dirt, weeds, etc. It would have been nice if they included the cover for this piece, as some packs do come with it. I'm not sure why, maybe cost wise (although I can't imagine a small piece of plastic is too expensive) or maybe they are against plastic. Not sure, but it's definitely not a deal breaker. You can buy a separate plastic cover on amazon as well. It's a standard size, so I think most will fit. Luckily I was able to take off the one I had from the previous, cheaper pack I bought. Finally, what I really like about this company is that it's a small business that strives to be considerate of the environment. The bag is made out of canvas, and if you visit their website you can find out about their recycling program and other ways they try and help the environment. Definitely a plus one for me.Overall, you won't be disappointed with this bag.

Durable canvas hydration pack with moderate storage space.
I like the idea that it is made of canvas. There is only the small pouch for storage, I use this as my mountain bike survival pack. When I moved to Colorado I realized quickly until I go tubeless, I need to carry some tubes, some tools, airpump, med kit, etc. This actually holds 2 29'er tubes, a small air pump, a Robo wrench, a med kit, a spare chain and a couple protein bars. I wish this pack at a second storage pouch in front of the hydration pouch, then it would be perfect for my needs. For my fat tire bike I have to remove the hydration pack to accommodate the tubes.Overall a nice durable hydration pack.

This is a pretty good hyrdo backpack for the money
This is a pretty good hyrdo backpack for the money. I've taken it on 2 camping trips so far, and it's worked like a charm. I'm taking it to Mexico soon, so we'll see how it really fairs. The only real downside I have found so far is the lack of a clip to keep the mouth piece near your head. It doesn't leak, so at least I don't have to worry about that as it dangles, but I will have to install a clip system to fix that problem.

Good, but not he best.
I like it but it was difficult to figure out how to work the mouth piece for someone who didn't have previous experience with the sort of thing. You have to cut a slit in it and I recommend closing it when you're not using it. There's an arrow on the plastic below the mouth piece that says "turn to open". Turning doesn't do anything. You have to pull/extend it to open it. I would recommend this for the price. A Camelbak would be better but it's over double the price. Not worth it to me.

Great canvas!
I bought a product from HH a couple ago, and I decided to try out their Canvas Hydration Pack. The quality of the canvas is what you would expect from big brands and the price is perfect. The pack has plenty of room in the front pocket for valuables and a lot of space in the back.I highly recommend this product for beginners and intermediate joggers, running and day travel.

This one is great, we've been out a few times already this ...
This is my 2nd hydration pack as the first one broke and ruined my ipod (a different brand). This one is great, we've been out a few times already this spring and it's like an old friend.

Great product!
This product is great. Very convenient to use. It's great for taking it on hikes, bike rides, or stadiums. Not too bulky. Straps were easy to adjust.

Hidden Gem
I completely loved it. It was everything I wanted and more. I definitely would recommend this to my friends and family, especially if you're outdoorsy. It was a nice little gem that I found, and glad that I have.
