The Spice Way Thyme Leaves - (4 oz) packaged fresh

I buy this on subscription now and it has never disappointed me so far. It's very fragrant and I find it good value. The leaves are whole, although some do get crushed to a powder. But they are whole enough for my purposes. It lasts me a few months. Thyme is the herb that I use the most in almost everything, pasta sauces, curries, soups, frying chicken and salmon. Yummy!

What deal on Thyme! I opened the bag to refill my .7oz bottle and the whole kitchen smelled like time. We normally buy the Trader Joe's thyme but took a chance on this do to the quantity an it worked out. Smells just as fragrant an has a good color with zero yellow bits. I can't make my Irish stew without it.

This bag of thyme is a big bargain compared to buying the tiny bottles at the grocery store. It seems fresh and I have already cooked with it.

Love Spice Way. Most of the spices I use are from this company. They're always fresh, flavorful and come in a resealable pouch. For convenience, I fill my spice rack bottles and store the remainder of pouch in the freezer.

The aroma is correct, but there are too many bits of twigs in the mix. Not pleasant to get caught in your teeth. I will go back to fresh and try to grow again, but the deer go after it, or try another brand. THIS IS A CORRECTION. THE Thyme is not twiggy after looking it over, it is my rosemary. I apologize for my error.
