I received exactly as described in description, only thing that disappointed me that is it's handle. Very weak handle I don't how much days it will work.

Quality issue !
The plactic of the entire mop( upper + lower) isn't same ! And please check the Parcel before delivering it to someone ! The parcel I received doesn't had the liquid dispenser and the guide book ! Though that was not of that much use , otherwise I would have returned it till now !!

While rinsing metal rod getting slipped hence not allowing the head to spin, poor quality.
While rinsing we should put pressure on the handle to make the head to rotate for rinsing, but when we apply pressure the metal rod getting slipped inside hence not allowing the head to rotate properly. Poor quality compared to our last purchase two years ago, Milton should consider this and improve the quality of product. Don’t buy until we get an update from Milton.

Not well made
This feels and works as a cheap product. It didn't last long. The mop head isn't sturdy enough to clean and the handle is flimsy. Not good.
