Yes, I hook it to my usb charger on my Motorcycle, and pair it while its charging and playing riding, all day.

Can I put all my CD's on this and then plug it into the car?

Yes. It will store songs on a microSD card. I have a 512GB card and it works fine, though the software doesn’t read anything after the first 20,000 tracks when I update the database. This affects he shuffle mode but I can play from any folder on the card. You have to convert the songs from the CD to a compatible format (typically MP3, FLAC or WAV) using a computer then transfer these to the card. You can connect to your car via Bluetooth or using an analog audio cable (headphone jack), assuming your car has Bluetooth or an audio input jack.
