Turmeric is very good for inflammation and pain relief. I use it for carpal tunnel syndrome which it is often recommended for. This is a particularly good one as it has black pepper and ginger in it as well which are "hot" herbs and ease pain. BTW I'm a herbalist so I know from experience about different types of herbs and their use. Good luck.

What is the potency of ur product

Just be aware that these actually contain 58mg of curcumin (turmeric extract), not the 2000mg displayed on the package - that's the approximate amount of turmeric processed. So they're actually around one tenth the potency of 500mg curcumin products.

Tablets are tiny but you could crush them I wouldn’t chew as taste of curry powder
