I use the 8 port version myself for all my retro gaming consoles. It's a real time saver and the sound and picture don't seem to be affected in any way. I bought the 4 port version for my friend who now has his NES, N64, Megadrive and Playstation able to play with the click of a button. No more fiddling around at the back of the TV swapping out cables. Ideal for retro gaming.

Quick and speedy delivery. Does exactly as advertised. Great for connecting old-style audio-visual (combination of yellow-white-red) equipment to newer technology. I'm now enjoying a PSII, an old Digital 8 camera, and an older Atari console as they're all connected to newly purchased 4K TV. No longer the need now to plug in/unplug different consoles, cameras, vcr's etc. This bit of kit handles four outputs at the flick of a switch. A bargain at the price too! Worthy of the five stars I reckon. Note: Bought this in early December and have used for those two months to give an accurate and informed review. Very happy with purchase.

I have used this to replace a power amp that I was using to connect a number of analogue connections to a Sonos system via a Sonos Connect unit analogue in. With this unit I have the following connected: Television via optical out and DAC, Thorens TD402 DD turntable, Sony CD player / recorder, furthermore I am able to record vinyl via the analogue out of the Sonos Connect directly to the Sony CD recorder. This leaves a spare phono connection for laptop. This is a great device, well made metal case, compact in size.

Does exactly what it should. There wasn’t any line noise and worked just fine. Installed the right way with the right cables it worked great.

Excellent product - does exactly what it says on the tin

So when it arrived, it didn't actually work. I had to take it apart and re-solder a couple of points on the main board before it actually started working properly. After the repair it works well, however, I shouldn't have had to fix a new product to begin with.

Ce boîtier fonctionne bien entre plusieurs appareils, dans mon cas entre plusieurs anciens caméscopes pour numériser des cassettes vidéos. C'est plus facile avec ce boîtier que démonter les câbles à chaque fois entre les appareils et mon appareil externe USB(Hauppauge USB Live2) vers mon PC.

Good size, easy to use

I have several computers on my lab bench and need to have them share an audio system. I had been using an old Sony switch box from decades ago but it somehow managed to develop a ground loop with a lot of 120 Hz "hum" as a result. I replaced it with this unit and problem solved. The grounding is excellent and there's zero cross-talk between channels. Construction is solid and the electro-mechanical switching is simple and fool-proof - no electronics and no dongles. I can think of no "cons". It's been years since anyone used composite video so know idea why they include a channel for it but all you have to do is ignore it or... come up with a creative use. Great product at a bargain price.

Simplemente funciona, sin interferencias, sin pérdida de calidad. Es totalmente pasivo así que no afecta en absoluto a la calidad de sonido. Los conectores son buenos, enganchan bien sin apretar demasiado. La única pega que le puedo sacar es que las chapas metálicas hacen ruido cuando vibran porque se chocan, con una pizca de Blu Tack se resuelve. Por mi parte le hice estas pegatinas para distinguir cada entrada y dejarlo más elegante y la verdad es que me gusta mucho cómo funciona.
