This is not vital wheat gluten as written on the box. Vital wheat gluten is typically used to make seitan. If your requirement is to make seitan, then this won't work for youWhat has been delivered is bread improver.There is a big difference between bread improver and pure vital wheat gluten. I think the way the product has been labelled is misleading.

I don't understand why the seal of product was open. It's suspicious. I kept the product anyway and baked with it too. But please improve packaging.
