These Exercise Bands are of high quality material. Very flexible and durable.
I had back surgery about 5 years ago and still continue the daily exercises the PT folks taught me. The bands they gave me wore out,. so I replaced them with these. They are every bit as good as the ones I got from therapy.

Not What I Expected
These bands are made of very thick materials and therefore have very little give. When I tried to use them for stretching, I felt like I could just use a strip of fabric instead. Returned them and got a different brand which works much better.
