Baking Mat

Where have these been all of my baking life! These things are so much easier than greasing or parchment paper. Also, your pans stay clean...once they are cool, you just remove the mat and put them away. I made a batch of low carb chocolate chip cookies when I received them, so I could try them out. The cookies slid right off with no fuss. They were also easy to clean with a little soapy water and then I just rolled them up in a dish towel to dry and put them away...super easy!

These work wonderfully! Aside from being absolutely non-stick while making cookies, I've also used the mats for rolling out bread or biscuit dough (just remember NOT to cut out the rolled biscuits while still on the mat).My only disappointment is that the "toaster oven size" mat is way to big for my toaster oven, I don't have a tiny toaster oven...I would say it's average size....and I am tired of needing to line my toaster oven pan with expensive parchment paper.I would purchase these mats again, though, and definitely recommend them. If you were a big parchment paper user, these mats will pay for themselves in a short amount of time.

Makes cooking without oil or cooking spray easy. Clean up of the pan is instant. Clean up of the mat is a little more in depth, takes a bit of scrubbing with a dish brush. The large sizes are a little wider than my largest cookie sheets / baking pans, so the mat doesn't sit completely flat but it still works fine.

I was hopeful that this set would cut back on pan washing, which it has. However, these mats do not seem to be designed for what I thought were rather universal dimensions of cookie sheets, pizza pans, etc. NONE of the mats in the set actually fit properly on my pans.

This was the most useless thing I’ve bought in a while. I bought it because I’ve been wanting a baking mat in the shape of a circle for pizza nights. Boy was that a mistake! After cutting the pizza and removing it from the pan, I noticed some lines along the cuts but i didn’t think much of it. After wiping it off before washing, this is what I saw. I’ve NEVER in a million years thought this was possible since the current baking mat I have, in the shape of a rectangle for my cookie sheet, had never been cut through even after using the same pizza cutter from ikea.I’m VERY disappointed with this purchase because it was much more pricier than I’d want to spend.Now, maybe the one I had was defective and maybe, just maybe, customer service will send me a new one but at this rate, I’m not spending a dime on any of their products again.

I absolutely love these baking mats! My only wish is that I would have bought them a long time ago! This is a great option if you don't have the money to purchase all of the different baking pans/sheets in silicone since they are a little expensive. I don't have to use any oil and they clean up very easy! I love that they include a smaller toaster oven size and you get 4 mats for a great price! They also shipped in a timely manner. I definitely recommend buying these and not baking on metal pans that leach toxic/ harmful things into your food!

They work okay. I was hoping to use these so I don't have the cover the pan in tin foil every time. But when I cook thinks like bacon on these the grease gets under the matts and I have to clean it anyway. It is easier to use tin foil. Also, I cooked something at high heat and there was a weird burning smell. I asked the seller about this in case these wren't meant for broiling temperatures and I could not get a response on 3 attempts. They sent me emails pretending they really cared that I was satisfied but then never responded to my emails. They are good for some things, jus nothing too messy. They also get very greasy and you wash and dry them and they are still greasy.

Very cool! Great for baking and keeping pans clean. Very easy to clean the mats. I even use them to separate homemade vegan burgers stored in the freezer and the burgers don't stick to the mat like they do to everything else even saran wrap. I keep the circle mat in the microwave and the smallest mat in the toaster oven. I will be ordering more soon. I can use another circle mat for pizza pans. And more big rectangles for baking in general and for storing the veggie burgers.
