Works-Anyone can fix a small fridge.
Fixed a small fridge. I used to work as an HVAC repair kid in high school. I worked on simple window AC units for shore homes and motels that had simple units. When my office fridge compressor started "clicking" and not starting I did a YouTube search. Sure enough the cause was probably the a cheap relay. Ordered this one since the specs were correct. Took the old one out (was broken in pieces and rattled-a tell tail sign) and popped in this baby. Fridge compressor fired right up. Make note that you don't need all the connections as other described.

The right parts for the problem.
Changing these parts solved the problem! It was an easy fix pulling out the old and installing the new. Be sure and take a picture before removing the wiring so you know where they go back.

My mini fridge is running again
THIS IS NOT A "VINE FREE" REVIEW BUT AN HONEST PAID FOR BY ME REVIEW!!! I like that it was a starter relay & the overload relay. My problem wasn't the starter relay as MOST PEOPLE have, but it seemed to be the overload relay because I tried just the starter relay & had to return (another seller) and ordered these. (There was NOTHING with the multimeter with my old overload relay). Since THESE were only $1+ more for BOTH compared to the 'other' starter relay only (other seller) it was worth giving these a try. Overall since I got these today (and used BOTH to make sure I wouldn't have to mess with it again if the starter relay did quit) and installed both NEW parts, my hopes are high for these as they came in the 2pk (1 of each) and took care of the 2 most common problems for a mini fridge to suddenly quit. I did get a NEW mini fridge anyway so I could put this in another room, and the cost of the NEW fridge was CONSIDERABLY HIGHER than these at just over $7 delivered..NEXT DAY. So if you got a problem and ruled out the obvious reasons, instead of just the starter relay, it's worth the extra $1 to get these that come BOTH parts.

Good price, easy swap, seems to work fine
Our mini-fridge stopped working, seemingly out of the blue. I noticed that the compressor was getting hot and was humming very quietly, but would not actually run. I swapped the starter piece with the one from this set, which took only a few minutes, plugged the power back in, and it started running just like it should. It's only been a few weeks, but I don't have any reason to believe it won't keep on running for a long time.

Garbage that could burn your house down.
The overload protector was completely faulty it never tripped and the compressor was burning hot when I checked it 30 mins after installing

1st one failed about 2 years later.
Hopefully this one lasts longer. Low cost part that keeps a magic chef mini fridge working. Replaced parts in about 5 minutes.
